"Bedtime Stories to Help You Sleep" emerged from a simple nightly ritual I embraced while my daughter was very young. Each evening, after the chaos of bedtime, I would photograph the night sky from my bedroom window. For three months during the summer of 2020, this practice became my anchor—a quiet moment of reflection amidst the noise.
