Bedtime Stories to Help You Sleep grew from a simple nightly ritual I practiced while my daughter was very young. Each night, after bedtime routines were complete and she had fallen asleep, I would step outside onto the porch adjacent to my bedroom and photograph the night sky. For three months during the summer of 2020, this practice became something I looked forward to—a moment of reflection and an end to my day.

This body of work is a visual diary, marking time through repetition and routine. Each photograph captures a moment, reminding us that there is always beauty worth noticing.
